Christopher S. Aldridge is a real estate partner in Phillips Nizer’s New York office.  

Christopher concentrates his practice in real estate transactions and cooperative and condominium law. He has over 30 years of experience in a broad range of residential and commercial real estate matters and has represented hundreds of clients in the purchase, sale and financing of all types of properties, including cooperatives, condominiums, single and multi-family houses and other types of real estate.
 
Christopher drafts and negotiates store, office, retail and loft leases on behalf of both owners and tenants. His experience includes representation of boards of cooperative and condominium associations with general corporate governance, mortgage refinancing, preparation and negotiation of contractor and architect agreements, shareholder and unit owner disputes.
