Edward G. Imperatore, Partner-in-Charge of the firm’s Hackensack, New Jersey office, is a transactional and litigation attorney with more than 30 years of experience in New York and New Jersey.
Mr. Imperatore has had wide experience in such diverse practice areas as labor law, having been significantly involved in settling the 88-day New York newspaper strike in 1978, commercial litigation, handling a wide variety of matters in state and federal courts and numerous other tribunals primarily in New York and New Jersey, and commercial transactions of all kinds, particularly real estate. He also assisted members of his family in commencing the trans-Hudson ferry service in 1986, and in acquiring, developing and selling major properties in Manhattan, on the New Jersey waterfront and elsewhere.
