On March 3, Phillip Nizer’s Senior Counsel, Evan Spelfogel, will be a featured participant at the New York City Bar Association’s Annual all day Employment Law Institute, examining current trends, developments, and cutting-edge issues in employment law. Mr. Spelfogel will be speaking on a program concerning “Labor and Employment Law Issues in Business Mergers and Acquisitions.”
