Huyen Dang handles residential and commercial real estate transactions and in-bound international corporate transactions.

Huyen represents purchasers and sellers in co-op, condo and multi-family real estate transactions. She also counsels corporate clients in forming business entities, negotiation of software development agreements, and securities offerings, with a focus on international clients from Asia seeking to acquire real estate holdings and expand their businesses in the United States.
