Phillips Nizer is pleased to have represented noted fashion designer Reed Krakoff and interior designer Delphine Krakoff on the $36 million sale of their townhouse property located on East 64th Street in Manhattan.  The Krakoffs converted the property from business use (the former home of the New York Observer newspaper) to restore its former glory as a six-bedroom luxury residence.
