Regina E. Faul Appointed To NYC Bar Association’s Labor & Employment Law Committee
08/10/2023Regina E. Faul, Chair of the Employment and Labor Practice at Phillips Nizer, was appointed to the New York City Bar Association’s (NYCBA) Labor & Employment Law Committee, to serve from August 01, 2023 to July 31, 2026.
NYCBA committee members help shape law and public policy and have the opportunity to be involved in drafting reports, commenting and testifying on legislation, submitting briefs, sponsoring continuing legal education and other programs and participating in public service projects.
Regina has distinguished herself for more than 30 years representing clients in the areas of employment law and labor law. Her practice focuses on advising management clients on day-to-day employee relations, representing management in connection with collective bargaining, employment litigation, including wage and hour litigation, acting as insurance defense counsel, and conducting presentations and training for our clients’ workforces.
