01/26/2023Regina Faul, Partner and Chair, Employment & Labor Practice, participated as a panelist in a workshop on “Legal Advocacy in Mediation” for the New York State Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section's annual meeting on January 20, 2023. The workshop provided practical strategies and techniques for successful client-advocacy in mediation. A key premise of the workshop was that effective lawyering in mediation can achieve better outcomes for one’s clients but that the techniques that are successful in mediation are fundamentally different from those that succeed in litigation.
