Thomas L. Fuerth has a strong and robust private practice representing real estate owners, tenants, lenders, developers and management companies for more than 30 years. Tom’s practice encompasses all facets of commercial and residential real estate transactions. He also represents clients in the protesting of New York City real property tax assessments for all types of commercial and residential properties.
In addition, Tom serves as general counsel to boards of directors for cooperative and condominium buildings, as well as not-for-profit organizations, including religious and educational institutions.Prior to joining Phillips Nizer, Tom was a partner of the law firm Wormser, Kiely, Galef & Jacobs LLP, and prior to that, Snow Becker Krauss P.C., where he served on the executive committee.
