Tiberio Schwartz is special tax counsel in the Tax and the Trusts and Estates Departments at Phillips Nizer LLP. His practice encompasses both domestic and international matters. He has been involved in complicated U.S. and international estate planning and succession planning, the creation and administration of trusts and other wealth transfer techniques and wealth preservation entities and the preservation of family-owned businesses. He advises U.S. and foreign individuals, multinational families, foreign families who intend to move to the United States, fiduciaries, as well as their professional advisors.
Mr. Schwartz’s practice also involves the structuring of a wide variety of domestic and cross-border corporate and partnership transactions.
Mr. Schwartz is a native of Colombia, South America and is fluent in Spanish.
