Phillips Nizer Names Jared Clark Chair of Litigation Practice
05/12/2022Phillips Nizer LLP announced that partner Jared Clark has been appointed chair of the firm’s litigation practice group.

Jared is a commercial litigator who focuses on creditors’ rights, director and officer liability, trade secrets and complex contractual disputes. He represents a wide range of financial industry clients, including banks, hedge funds, institutional bondholders and other creditors in a variety of business disputes. A large part of Jared’s litigation and advisory work involves insolvency and restructuring, both in and out of Chapter 11 and Chapter 15 proceedings.
Phillips Nizer’s litigators handle cases ranging from complex commercial litigation to contractual disputes and federal and state appeals. Litigation clients include industry-leading businesses across sectors such as real estate, fashion and retail, entertainment, intellectual property and financial services, in areas across the litigation spectrum, including restructuring, environmental, corporate governance, internal investigations, labor and employment and securities litigation, among others.

Jared received his B.A. from Columbia College and his J.D., cum laude, from Tulane University School of Law.
